Refund & Returns Policy
At CSP Studio, we are committed to delivering professional photography and videography services with the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our terms regarding refunds, cancellations, and service changes.
1. Booking Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking date and time. Once the deposit is received, your session or event date will be reserved exclusively for you.
The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it covers administrative preparation, scheduling, and the blocking of the date from other potential bookings.
2. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking:
More than 14 days before the scheduled date:
The deposit remains non-refundable, but any additional payments made may be refunded.
Within 14 days of the scheduled date:
Payments made may not be refundable due to preparation and reserved time allocated for the booking.
3. Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule their session or event subject to availability.
- Rescheduling requests should be made at least 7 days before the scheduled date.
- One reschedule request is allowed without additional charges.
- Additional rescheduling requests may incur an administrative fee.
4. Late Arrival or No-Show
If a client arrives late to a scheduled session, the session time will not be extended beyond the original booking period.
If the client fails to attend the session (no-show), the booking will be considered completed and no refund will be provided.
5. Service Delivery
Photography and videography services involve artistic interpretation and creative style. By booking with CSP Studio, clients acknowledge and accept our artistic style and editing approach.
Refunds will not be issued based on subjective preferences regarding editing style, poses, or artistic direction.
6. Unexpected Circumstances
In the unlikely event that CSP Studio is unable to perform the service due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, emergency, or equipment failure, we will:
- Attempt to arrange a replacement photographer/videographer, or
- Provide a full refund of payments made, including the deposit if the service cannot be fulfilled.
Any approved refund will be processed within 14 to 30 working days from the date of confirmation, depending on the payment method and banking process.
7. Digital Products
All delivered photos and videos are considered digital products. Once files have been delivered to the client, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
